Museum Day
In 1991 the Museum opened, and it soon decided that on the saturday closest to November 21st each year, the Museum would hold a special celebration - A Museum Day

This idea was resurrected in 2000 and each year the Museum celebrates the anniversary of its opening with a range of activities. This year the annual Museum Day is going to be held on
Saturday 1 December 2007
The program includes:
Performances by the Children's Club
Presentations of native snakes by Brian Naqqi Manco (Nat. Trust)
Cultural presentations by cultural director David Bowen
